These parameters define the operational boundaries of the Corrusal 2027 hackathon. Compliance is mandatory. Violations result in immediate disqualification.
Participation requires a team size of two to four members. All members must fill submission form before 7 February. Team modifications are prohibited after the Round 01 registration deadline. Each participant may only join one team. Cross-team collaboration on single project, code,.etc is banned.
All code must be written during the specified hackathon timeline. Pre-existing code, boilerplate, or external libraries are permitted only if explicitly declared during Round 01. Plagiarism results in immediate team disqualification.(If any) All repositories must be public on GitHub. All deployable projects must be deployed to a live, public URL before the Round 03 code freeze.
Projects are judged on technical execution, functional utility, and future scope. Pitch presentations, slide decks, and theoretical business plans must be strictly backed by evidence. You will demo live working code. Use of AI is allowed but you have to be able to explain your code when asked. Judge will evaluate the complete idea based on various metrics. the metrics are of wide variety. The jury's decision is final and non-negotiable.
Teams qualifying for Round 03 must attend the Nagpur venue physically. Participants must supply their own hardware and bring their own laptop and internet medium. The venue will not guarantee power and network access. Tampering with venue infrastructure, network stress testing, or disrupting other teams' physical space is prohibited.
Teams retain complete ownership of all source code generated during the event. By participating, teams grant Corrusal organizers the right to display project names, repository links, and deployment URLs in promotional materials.
Corrusal enforces a zero-tolerance policy against harassment. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. It includes deliberate intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption of talks, and unwelcome physical contact.
Violations of the Code of Conduct trigger immediate investigation. Sanctions include verbal warnings, immediate expulsion from the event without prize eligibility, and bans from future Corrusal events. Report violations to the organizers immediately via the official contact channel.
Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal hardware at the venue. Participants operate at their own risk. Code deployments must not execute malicious operations, or violate third-party terms of service. Security proofs must be available upon request.
